You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot password option on the sign-in page

Click on My Account,  then select Security. From there, go ahead and enter your current password and the password you’d like to change it to.

To cancel your subscription, sign in to your account. Click on My Account, then select Billing. Click Change Plan, then Cancel Membership (gray button).

To change your subscription plan, navigate to Account, select Billing, then click Change Plan.

You can sign in to your account by clicking on the following link https://my.cmax.tv/sign_in then click Sign In

Please ensure that you are attempting to sign in via the correct website and try resetting your password. Here is a link to our Streaming website https://my.cmax.tv/sign_in

To update your billing information, ensure that you are signed into your account, select My Account, then Billing. Under the payment method section, click on Use Another Card.
