I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot password option on the sign-in page

Click on My Account,  then select Security. From there, go ahead and enter your current password and the password you’d like to change it to.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, sign in to your account. Click on My Account, then select Billing. Click Change Plan, then Cancel Membership (gray button).

How do I change my subscription plan?

To change your subscription plan, navigate to Account, select Billing, then click Change Plan.

I am getting an error message – ‘Invalid Credentials’ when trying to sign in.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, ensure that you are signed into your account, select My Account, then Billing. Under the payment method section, click on Use Another Card.
